Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to anyone who uses EasySocial, a social media graphic generator for NZ real estate agents, operated by Craig Edward Stewart (Auckland, New Zealand).
By using EasySocial, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Individual agent licence
EasySocial Premium is for one individual real estate agent only. This is a personal licence, not a business licence. You may use it for your own listings, on your own account, as an individual agent.
Your EasySocial account is for your personal use as an individual real estate agent in New Zealand. The licence covers you generating graphics for your own listings in your own real estate practice.
The individual licence means you may:
Use EasySocial to generate graphics for your own property listings
Download and post those graphics on your own social media accounts
Save your own agent profile details for use in your graphics
What is not permitted
The following uses are not permitted under this licence:
Using one account on behalf of multiple real estate agents
Sharing your account login with colleagues, assistants, or team members
Using EasySocial on behalf of a real estate office, agency, or business
Using EasySocial as part of a marketing team, design team, or shared commercial workflow
Generating graphics for listings that are not yours
Using offshore assistants, virtual assistants, or support staff to operate your account
Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing graphics generated by EasySocial
Automating or scripting access to EasySocial in any way
Using EasySocial to produce graphics at commercial scale for third parties
If your use falls into any of the above categories, your account may be suspended or terminated. If you need a team or agency tool, EasySocial is not the right fit.
Account and access
You must sign in to use EasySocial. You may sign in with a Google account or a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and not sharing your login.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. EasySocial may be used only by individuals who are actively practising as real estate agents in New Zealand.
EasySocial is a web-based tool. No software installation is required. Access requires an internet connection and a supported browser.
Billing and cancellation
EasySocial Premium is billed monthly at NZ$9.95 per month plus GST, where applicable. Billing is handled securely by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time inside the app.
When you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. There are no partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where required by New Zealand consumer law.
Accounts that are suspended or terminated for misuse of these terms are not entitled to a refund for the current billing period.
Pricing may be updated over time. You will be given advance notice of any price changes.
Your content and responsibility
EasySocial generates graphics using listing data fetched from third-party property listing websites. You are responsible for checking all information in your graphics before you publish them, including:
Property address, price, and key details
Open home times and dates
Photos and any images used
Your agency branding and compliance with your agency's guidelines
Compliance with Real Estate Authority advertising rules and New Zealand advertising standards
EasySocial does not verify the accuracy of listing data, photos, or pricing. Listing details are pulled from third-party sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always verify before posting.
EasySocial does not obtain agency approval for graphics on your behalf. Compliance with your employer's or franchise's brand and advertising policies is your responsibility.
You retain ownership of any original content you upload, such as your headshot or logo. By uploading content to EasySocial, you grant Craig Edward Stewart a limited licence to store and use that content solely for the purpose of generating your graphics.
Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated if:
The account is being used by more than one agent or shared with others
The account is being used on behalf of a team, office, or agency
The account is being used for commercial resale or bulk production
Automated or scripted access is detected
Any other breach of these terms is identified
In cases of misuse, Premium access may be removed without a refund for the current billing period.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
Liability
EasySocial is provided as-is. Craig Edward Stewart makes no warranties about the accuracy of listing data, the availability of the service, or the suitability of generated graphics for any specific purpose.
Craig Edward Stewart is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate listing data, errors in generated graphics, decisions made based on graphics produced by EasySocial, or any interruption to the service.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. When material changes are made, you will be notified via the app or by email. Continued use of EasySocial after changes are notified constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
