CampaignFlow is licensed for individual real estate agents only. By creating an account, using CampaignFlow, or purchasing a Premium licence, you agree to these terms.
Individual Agent Use Only
CampaignFlow is designed for one individual real estate agent to create marketing proposals and campaign calendars for their own property listings.
Your account must not be shared with other agents, assistants, administrators, offices, businesses, agencies, marketing teams, or any other third party.
Premium licences are not office, team, agency, brokerage, or commercial-at-scale licences.
Prohibited Use
You must not use CampaignFlow:
- as a shared office or team account
- on behalf of multiple agents
- to provide proposals or campaign plans as a service for other agents or businesses
- for high-volume commercial production outside your own individual real estate work
- in a way that attempts to bypass usage limits, access controls, or payment requirements
Account Enforcement
We may suspend or delete accounts that appear to be shared, resold, automated, or used commercially at scale. If an account is suspended or deleted for misuse, access to Premium features may be removed without refund.
Premium Licence
CampaignFlow Premium is a one-time licence purchased through Gumroad. It unlocks agent branding features for the individual account associated with your login email. The licence is non-transferable.
Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for checking all property details, pricing, marketing items, and branding before sharing proposals created with CampaignFlow. CampaignFlow helps generate campaign documents, but does not verify listing accuracy, agency approvals, advertising compliance, or legal requirements.
Changes
These terms may be updated as CampaignFlow develops. Continued use of the service means you accept the latest version.
