CampaignFlow helps New Zealand real estate agents build marketing proposals and campaign calendars. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you sign in, we collect your name, email address, and Google account identifier if you use Google sign-in. If you save a branding profile, we store the details you enter such as your agent name, phone number, agency name, logo, and headshot.

Campaign data you create - property details, marketing packages, calendar events, and saved proposals - is stored in your account so you can access it across devices.

If you purchase a Premium licence, Gumroad handles the transaction. CampaignFlow receives confirmation of the licence but does not store card numbers or payment details.

How We Use Information

We use your information to sign you in, save your agent profile, restore your campaigns, provide Premium access, and operate the CampaignFlow service. We do not use your information for advertising.

Google Sign-In

CampaignFlow requests only basic Google profile information: your name, email address, and profile identifier. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, calendars, contacts, or any other Google account data.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to run CampaignFlow, including authentication, hosting, and email delivery providers.

Retention

We keep account and campaign information while your account is active or as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
