LetterEasy Terms of Use
1. Who may use LetterEasy
LetterEasy is provided for individual real estate agents. A Premium subscription is for one named agent only. It is not for offices, agencies, assistants, marketing teams, shared logins, pooled commercial use, resale, or automated bulk workflows.
2. Your responsibility for generated letters
LetterEasy helps create marketing material, but it does not replace your professional judgement. Before printing, distributing, emailing, uploading, or otherwise using any letter, you must check that it is accurate, lawful, appropriate for your campaign, and consistent with your agency obligations.
You are responsible for checking property details, price, sale method, open home times, photos, agent details, QR links, agency branding, disclaimers and any claims made in the generated material.
3. Listing data and third-party content
LetterEasy may extract publicly available listing information and images from supported real estate websites. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any listing content, photographs, logos or other materials in your marketing.
4. Billing and cancellation
LetterEasy Premium is billed monthly at NZ$12.95 per month plus GST, where applicable. Billing is handled securely by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
When you cancel, Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. There are no partial refunds for unused time in a billing period except where required by New Zealand consumer law.
5. Fair use and misuse
You must not abuse, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, share access to, or use LetterEasy in a way that interferes with the service or third-party listing sites. Access may be suspended or removed for misuse.
6. Availability and changes
LetterEasy is provided on a best-efforts basis. The service may change, pause, fail, or be discontinued. Supported listing sources may change if third-party sites change their structure, terms, access or technical protections.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetterEasy and Craig Edward Stewart are not liable for losses resulting from your use of generated letters, inaccurate listing data, missed corrections, print errors, distribution decisions, third-party service failures, or business outcomes from marketing campaigns.
